How to use :
Place 1 spoonful of herbal blend into a teapot. ( increase dosage for larger batches) Add 2 cups boiling water, cover and allow to steep for 5-10 minutes. Steep longer for a stronger brew. Strain and drink 1-2 cups before bedtime.
