HOW TO USE
Internally : Take three teaspoons per day (15 g of seeds or 15 ml of oil).
Take 2 sea moss capsules per day as directed
Topical :
Skin Blend a few drops of black seed oil into your skin, gently massaging into your face until it absorbs.
Hair: Apply a few drops of black seed oil on hair for stronger hair
PRECAUTION :
Avoid black seed oil if you take blood thinners or have a history of bleeding, hypoglycemia, hypotension, or advanced kidney or liver disease. Black seed oil is not to be given to children, pregnant or lactating individuals.
