HOW TO USE

- Add a handful of yoni herbs in a steaming bowl
- Place the bowl in a clean toilet
- Add 1/4 hot water ( ensure that the temperature is not too hot)
- Seat and steam for 10 – 30 minutes per session.
- Repeat the process twice for effectiveness
